| Description: | Site Manager / Senior Site Manager One of the countries largest privately owned construction companies that carries out projects across England and Wales is currently recruiting a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager for a £14million Education project in Essex. The company is a 'Sunday Times Top 100' company to work for and has also won the Contract Journal's 'Best Place to Work in Construction' a number of times. Site Manager / Senior Site Manager Requirements The Site Manager / Senior Site Manager will be expected to come from a solid main contractor background with a proven track record and good career stability. Duties will include: Management and implementation of the following; ·Health, Safety and environmental ·Sub Contract packages ·Quality and delivery ·Client liaison and reporting ·Planning and design ·Company Image Formal qualifications in Construction Management or related topic such as HNC, HND and Bsc are an advantage but not essential. Accreditation's such as MCIOB or ICOB are an advantage but not essential.
